The first stage is to prepare.

In the second stage you must create your assets.

In the third stage you need to promote your webinar.

Stage 1: Prepare

First, choose a topic that is relevant and interesting to your audience.

Think about what you want to achieve through your webinar.

This could be addressing your customers’ challenges or simply encouraging learning development within your team.

Choose someone who can deliver the message effectively.

Stage 2: Create your assets.

Create your webinar slide deck. What content images do you want?

If your webinar is streamed live you will need to consider a landing page for your viewers to register. This can be fully customised along with your confirmation and reminder emails.

Stage 3: Promoting your webinar

This is the process of marketing  the presentation at least 6 weeks before it goes live. To capture a wider audience there are recommended websites available to promote your webinar such as Upcoming.com and social media channels. Don’t forget to announce your webinar in newsletters and through eMarketing software such as MailChimp and Adestra.
